COOPER BASIN JV, ONSHORE SOUTH AUSTRALIA

PEL 104

 

519 square kilometres containing the Growler Field and the Wirraway and Tigercat discoveries as well as the Santos operated Callabonna Field in PPL 176.

 

Tigercat-1 was recently completed and flowed 150 BOPD on short-term production test. 

 

PRL 15

Growler Field

 

Contained within PEL 104.  Five production wells currently producing over 1000 BOPD with facilities capability to handle 2000 BFPD, and further drilling planned to enable this capacity to be fully utilised.

 

PEL 111

 

1,174 square kilometres containing the Snatcher-1, 2 & 3, and Warhawk discoveries, as well as the Santos operated Charo Field in PPL 177.  Snatcher 1 & 2 wells to be put on pump at approximately 800 BOPD (gross) late 2009. Snatcher-3 is expected to be placed on production in early 2010.

 

PPLs 213 & 214

Mirage & Ventura Fields

 

80 BOPD (gross).  In decline, but remains economic in current market.

 

PEL 87 & PEL 424

 

Blocks NNW of PEL 111 with minor work commitments, but ready to potentially demonstrate the farther extents of the Western Fairway in the future.
